SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

DELIVERIES

Delivery is free on all orders over N$1000 and accordingly, if your Order value is less than N$1000, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.

Delivery of Your Order will be made 1 to 3 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday, when delivery may take up to 5 business days. We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.

Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in Namibia, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.

When your Order is delivered, you must inspect the Products and be satisfied that the Products conform to the quality and quantity You ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any Products to Us with the courier and if you wish to return the Products, you must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Online Returns Terms and Conditions, which can be found on this same website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Package your products safely and securely for protection during transport; the package must be received undamaged & without markings/writing. Please do not write on package boxes.

Include all labels, accessories, and parts that were sold with the product.

Include a copy of the invoice

The product must be unused and returned within 30 days of the invoice date

Returns on own account/courier. An additional courier fee will be applicable for the arrangement of the courier.

No returns on sales items.

Failure to follow any of these requirements could result in your return being declined.

 

Defective products/Warranty Claims:

We do our best to ensure that the products are of the highest quality. If a product is defective, we will send it off to the supplier for assessment. Please note that your poof of purchase is required for all returns, repairs, and warranty assessments. It is up to the supplier to determine whether a product is defective due to a manufacturing fault or misused. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to return the product. If you have received a product that turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of it.

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product;

  • Damage arising from improper storage;

  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product

  • Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;

  • No proof of purchase provided
